Recipes can be harder than they look to write because you have to explain each step really well – it’s like telling a story.

  1. Cheese pasta
    4 portions
    4 portions pasta, about 280 g
    2 1/2 cooking cream
    2 dl milk
    1 1/2 flour
    2-3 grated cheese
    salt (we also add a tiny bit of black pepper)
    1. Cook the pasta as instructed on the packaging.
    2. Mix together cream, milk and flour in a pot.
    3. Let it boil during whipping.
    4. Let the sauce boil for 3 minutes.
    5. Mix in the cheese and add salt (and pepper).
    Serve with pasta
    You can also make the sauce more intresting by mixing down: broccoli, sausage, chicken and/or bacon.

  2. Rimbobuller
    You will need:
    25 g of yeast
    2 dl cold milk
    200 g butter (or margarine)
    2 tablespoons of sugar
    2 tsp vanilla sugar
    wheat flour (about 6 dl)
    75 g butter (or margarine)
    2 tablespoons of sugar
    2 tsp vanilla sugar
    Brush and garnish:
    egg (showcased)
    1 dl icing sugar
    1 tablespoon of water
    Oven: 250 °
    Follow this steps:
    Step 1
    Cut the yeast into a dough. Add the milk and stir so that the yeast dissolves.
    step 2

  4. Spaghetti bolognese.

    500 g meat

    1 milliliter pepper
    1/2 package of spaghetti

    1. Boil water and put in the spaghetti
    2.Brown the meat
    3.Add pepper and salt
    4.Pour the crushed tomatoes in and mix
    5.Pour in the cream and let it boil for a couple minutes
    6. Tear the carrot and put it in the sauce
    7. Melt the borth in another cooker with some water, pour it in the meat sauce
    8. Pour in the Tim jam and let it boil for 3 minutes.
    Serv the sauce with spaghetti 🍝

  5. 100 g Arla® Swedish Butter
    Normal salt 82%
    2½ dl of cream sugar
    2 eggs
    1 dl of wheat flour
    3 tablespoons cocoa
    1 tsp vanilla sugar
    Set the oven to 175 °.
    Melt the butter in a pot. Lift off the pan from the plate.Stir down sugar and eggs, mix well. Stir down other ingredients so that everything is well mixed.Pour the batter in a lubricated and brewed form with detachable edge, about 24 cm in diameter.
    Bake in the middle of the oven for about 15 minutes. The cake becomes lowwith a rather hard surface and a little tacky in the middle.
    Let the cake cool. Straw with sugar sauce. Serve with cream or ice cream and fruit.

  6. French toast
    1½ dl of milk
    ½ dl of wheat flour
    1 egg
    1 cup salt
    1 teaspoon of cream sugar
    4 slices of light bread
